We hereby inform you that you, as a buyer (consumer), by using the website available at trenergholding.com, declare that you are aware of and accept the following, the Civil Code. If you wish to be a buyer or an active user of the opportunities offered by our Web Store, please read our Terms of Service carefully and only use our services if you agree and agree to be bound by them.

This document is concluded only in electronic form. The contract governed by the following terms and conditions is the Civil Code. is considered to be a distance contract.

The Service Provider shall be referred to as the "Operator" in these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Range of products and services available for purchase

Warning: The images on the product data sheet may differ from the actual one, in some cases they are for illustration purposes only.

3. Ordering Information

The displayed products can only be ordered through the Web Store, online, by courier delivery or personally by the customer or its authorized representative.

The prices quoted for the products include the statutory VAT of 20% but do not include the delivery charge.

If the operator quotes a defective price next to the product, despite the due diligence he expects, and the price of the product differs from the generally accepted price, the operator shall not be obliged to supply the defective product, but shall offer the purchaser at a bargain price. If the purchaser does not wish to exercise this option, he / she shall have the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

No additional packaging costs will be charged. The detailed shipping rates are part of these terms and conditions under the Shipping Terms menu.

In our webshop you can browse by Product Categories by Product Categories. In addition to the listed products, you can see a brief description of each product, its price, and other features, without being exhaustive. Click on the product image or name for more information on the product. This will take you to the product page for more detailed product information. If you require more detailed information, please contact the operator at a fixed telephone number in your operator information.

A. By clicking on the basket icon you can place the product in the basket.

You can add products to the Cart without logging in, but you must log in before ordering. You can only do this if you register. Registration can be found under the following menu item. If you are a registered customer but have forgotten your password, use the password login reminder. If you enter your registered email address here, your password will be emailed to you. You can log in using the Login menu. Enter your registered email address and password here, and then press the login key. If you have successfully logged in, this window will display your registered email address and exit button, which will allow you to leave the store.

B. You can check and edit the contents of the cart by using the Cart menu item. You can view and modify the quantity of the product you wish to add to your shopping cart, and choose the payment and shipping method that best suits you, or delete the item. It is also possible to empty the basket completely. If you would like to add a product to the cart, select "Continue Shopping" button. If everything is OK and you have made your order, you can confirm your order by pressing the Cashier button.

C. After you have finalized your order, we will send you an automatic confirmation to your email address containing your order details. If you do not receive such a letter, your order will not be accepted. In this case, please contact us using the operator details as already indicated.

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an Order Confirmation to the email address you provided. The product will be shipped only after that.

You can monitor the progress of your order until the order is completed using the Order Tracking menu item. Here you will also find all your previous orders you have sent to our Webshop. Each order is identified by a unique order number. 

4. Registration

If you want to make a purchase, you must provide the first purchase information, including your name, billing and shipping information, email address, and your password to log in later. You must also accept the terms of registration before finalizing your registration. Registration will be confirmed by email. The buyer is obliged to keep the password provided by him confidential. If during the identification process the Customer's data has been transferred to an unauthorized third party after the Customer's unique identifier and password have been entered correctly, the Data Operator shall not be liable for any resulting damages or disadvantages. Users agree to the operator / service provider sending a technical message by providing their email address. The registered data will be deleted from the system upon request. For security reasons, a deletion request will only be valid if the deletion request is confirmed by email by the user, so that someone else cannot deliberately or mistakenly delete from the registration database. The registration is identified by the email address, so one email address can only be registered once.

There are no obligations created by registration.

5. Order processing

Orders are processed on weekdays until 4:00 pm. It is possible to place an order outside the times indicated on the order processing, but if it occurs after the end of working hours, the order will be processed only on the next working day. Delivery time for accepted orders is 2 business days from the date of confirmation for products in stock. If the product is out of stock, 1 week depending on where you purchased it.

Our company is not responsible for any changes in the technical specifications of the ordered product without prior notice due to reasons beyond the supplier's control.

6. Method of payment for the product ordered and the delivery charge

The method of payment for the ordered product:

Bank Prepayment: Once your order has been confirmed, the confirmation email will contain our bank account number and order number, which should be referenced in the bank transfer note / notice. If the transferred amount is credited to our bank account, we will only send the product to the courier service afterwards (you will find our bank account number in your operator details).

Personal fulfillment: In this case, you pay the purchase price of the product at the operator's headquarters / site in cash, either by cash or by credit card.

Credit card payment is available with any valid credit/debit card.

Cash on delivery: The product will be delivered to the address you have specified by our courier service, where the invoice price of the product or products will be paid in cash to the courier. In the case of a cash on delivery order, the shipping fee will be added to the shipping cost.

In case of cash on delivery, the ordered product must be paid in cash to the deliverer upon receipt of the package.

The total amount payable will include all costs, based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice and guarantee letter are included in the package. Please inspect the parcel upon delivery and ask for a record of any damage or defect in the products and do not accept the parcel. We are unable to accept subsequent non-protocol complaints.

Home delivery rates are individually set. In the case of a post-order order, the shipping fee is added to the shipping cost of the order.

7. Delivery time

For products in stock, 2 business days from the order confirmation. In case the product is out of stock, the delivery time is 1 week.

8. Shipping information

Orders received through our webshop are delivered exclusively by MPL courier couriers. Parcels are delivered on business days during business hours. As a shipping address, it is advisable to provide an address where the courier can be continuously received at the time of day specified and ensure payment of the shipment and shipping and pick-up fees to the courier.

Only order the products you want if you can pay the courier fee when you receive the package. In case of unacknowledged parcels returned, the shipping and return charges will be charged to the customer, and we will only be able to resubmit the re-dispatch if the parcel price is paid in advance.

9. Information on mail delivery

You must immediately notify the postal service of the loss, partial loss, damage or destruction of the postal item. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture. In the absence of a document of delivery, you must immediately notify the post office of the damage by any other document pertaining to the item, within 3 days from the date of delivery.

10. Right of Withdrawal

No 45/2014 on distance contracts Pursuant to the Government Decree, the provisions of this section are applicable only to the consumer who is a consumer. Within 14 working days of receipt of the ordered product, the consumer may cancel the contract without notice and return the product in its unopened packaging. If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must inform the operator of this in a clear written statement (by registered letter with advice of delivery or by e-mail). Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the operator shall confirm it to the consumer without delay. If the consumer withdraws, he must return the ordered product to the operator within 14 days of the notification of the withdrawal. The cost of the return shall be borne by the consumer.

If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the operator shall, within 14 days of receipt of the statement to this effect, reimburse the consumer for any payment made by him, including the cost of delivery. An exception to this is where the consumer has opted for a mode of transport which entails extra costs and which is different from normal transport. The service provider does not have to fulfill his repayment obligation until he has received the returned product or until the consumer has received a credible proof of returning the product. In the event of a discrepancy between the two dates, the operator shall take into account the earlier date.

The operator may claim compensation from the consumer for material damage resulting from improper use. Therefore, you must pay particular attention to the proper use of the product, as the operator will be compensated for any damage resulting from improper use.

Upon receipt of the package by our company, a video camera will record the unpacking of the package and the examination of the returned product. This is necessary to avoid any possible future misunderstandings. (for example, the returned product was damaged or defective)

The consumer shall not have the right of withdrawal:

in the case of a product whose price depends on the financial market movements and fluctuations beyond the control of the enterprise.

in the case of a non-prefabricated product which has been specially made, at the consumer's request, to meet his specific needs,

for a product for which the consumer has explicitly requested the operator to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work.

11. Warranty

According to the Government Decree laying down the rules for the mandatory warranty for certain durable goods for the products sold by the operator, the consumer has one year from the date of delivery of the product. The buyer is not entitled to the warranty if the defect arises after the product has been delivered to the consumer. For products not covered by the stated regulation, the manufacturer's warranty period will be indicated with the product. If problems occur, the operator can provide accurate information. In the event of a warranty, the consumer will be entitled to a free repair or replacement of the defective product within the warranty period. Warranty repairs cover defects caused by a manufacturing defect. The terms of the warranty apply in conjunction with the terms of this manual.

In the event of a product malfunction, you can obtain further information on what to do or contact us at the address and telephone number indicated on the warranty letter enclosed with the device. The cost of shipping the products to the after-sales service is at the expense of the customer. You can also return the defective device directly to our webshop service center. Parcels sent in port are not accepted by our reception point, they are always returned to the sender! During repair, only new parts may be added to the product. The operator must endeavor to repair or replace within 8 days. The cost of the warranty coverage is borne by the operator.

Otherwise the warranty is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

12. Warranty

In the event of a defect in the supplied product, the consumer shall be entitled to a warranty claim.

13. Complaints handling

The operator shall record the complaint at the place indicated in the operator's data and shall keep the complaint for five years from the date of registration, together with the reply. The operator will investigate the complaint received within 30 days of receipt and must provide a substantive response. If the operator gives a negative reply to a complaint, he must give reasons in writing. Disputes arising out of a contract with the operator are primarily settled amicably, by agreement between the parties or before the competent consumer protection authority where the consumer is domiciled. If these fail, the parties will remain in court.

14. Data Management

The operator shall keep the personal data made available to us through the use of the Web Store confidential and will not disclose it to any third party, except to its subcontractor. (Eg: courier service), this is required for order delivery.

While browsing the Web Store, technical information is recorded for statistical purposes. (IP address, duration of visit, etc.). Such data shall be provided by the operator to the authorities only in legally justified and duly substantiated cases. You must enable cookies in order to use this service. If you do not want to enable cookies, you can disable it in your browser settings. If cookies are disabled, some elements of the service will be partially or completely unavailable. A cookie is a file sent to the user's browser by the server and stored on the user's computer. No personal data is stored in the cookie. The data recorded during the order will be used by the operator to fulfill the order. The invoice details of the order placed by each IT system on the pages of the Web Store are recorded with the data provided at the time of placing the order and are stored for the period specified in the effective accounting law. The data provided during the browsing of the webshop or during the registration of the newsletter provided during the registration is kept confidential by the operator, you may request to unsubscribe from one of the given contact details. You can request the deletion or modification of your data at any time in writing.

15. Other Provisions

Issues not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, Government Decree on distance contracts.
